stencil library —truly the most incredible selection of stencils. check their press page for great ideas, and bookmark helen morris’s blog for even more inspiration.

royal design studio —wonderful allover stencil patterns…i especially love their damasks, chevrons, morroccan-influenced, paisleys, and trellis patterns

cynthia davis —the most excellent teacher ever…her line of wallovers stencils (and “toppers”) is brilliant.

annie sloan says she makes the best paint in the world, and she’s not joshing.  her chalk paint™ is incredible for a quick, easy furniture transformation and wide variety of looks…and you know who your local stockist is, right?  if not, check annie sloan unfolded to find out.

miss mustard seed has just debuted a line of milk paints, waxes, and sundries, and we are thrilled to be carrying them at me & mrs. jones.  watch for workshops coming in january 2013.

sunny goode —terrific books, stencils, glazes!

olive leaf offers some of the most distinctive designs ever reproduced in mylar…gorgeous ikat stencils, especially!  we are so proud to be carrying a selection of her designs at the studio.

impress —always something new and fun to use on paper. their graphic stamps make a great all-over pattern on walls, desk-tops, dresser drawers…

stampland —wonderful vintage images to use on everything.

anthropologie —my favorite for everything, especially great hardware.  browse their furniture and vintage pieces for inspiration.

look in the attic —don’t be scared! look here for vintage-style hardware for that great piece of furniture from your own attic.

chandelier parts —replacement crystals and danglies to renew your fixtures (after i’ve gessoed and gilded or painted them for you, of course!)

john derian dry goods —john’s decoupage work is incredible. click on imports for work by hugo guiness, one of my very favorite artists.

hamlett dobbins —i love hamlett’s work, and his beautiful family.

art school girl —amy rowan’s work is so creative and clever, you just have to peek. (plus, like me, she’s a chicagoan!) i heart art school girl.

shifting light —julian merrow-smith’s “postcard” paintings are gorgeous, and auctioned daily…just please don’t bid against me for a still life with eggs or clementines in it.

memphis college of art —click on the memphis college of art’s “community education” for classes…i’ll see you at school!

the sartorialist —scott schuman’s photographs are lovely, instructive, and so inspiring.

sally walker davies —before you leave the house to travel or shop, check sally’s site for the inside track on just about everything. she knows all the fun places and great finds.
